Classic Finn ;)

I went off the deep end and sanded it with 320 grit then 400 grit with my 5" DA sander. I used Blackfire Heavy Cut Aluminum Compound 2 times then buffed it more with Blackfire Fine Cut Aluminum Polish. I buffed it with a Porter Cable rotary polisher that's made in Germany. The last steps will be done with finer polish with a Cyclo dual head polisher. I plan on doing the whole TD when I'm back to work in 3 months.
BTW: I did the hinges on my doors the same way with no leaks and the rubber is as good as new with no stretching in a year of daily use.
