Probably depends on how or what kind of finish you are going to do on your trailer. Plus which kinds of materials you listed you are used to using.
From the amount of reading I have done, I would say all of the above, depending of course.

Are you doing a woody, paint, aluminum?
We ended up using Bondo, & it worked really well. Don't need very much. We ended up painting, nothing very fancy- a high gloss enamel made for outdoors. Many people ask us what it is, since the wood grain is completely hidden.
Now the people with more talent & knowledge than us use epoxy & use car paint with a clear coat.
If you do a few searches you will find various threads discussing some of the different ideas.
