Build is underway

Started on the trailer today, all the blue steel is 3mm thick and 50mmx50mm (1/8th 2"x2") the grey is 3mm angle also 50x50. The drawbar (one clamped temporarily to the top is 2"x3" and 3/16th. The trailer will sit a lot higher than this and obviously the real axle wont bend like my temporary bit of box I've used to check tongue weight etc :)

Should have the frame finished tomorrow and then I can get my springs and strt on the floor. So far It's eatner up about 6hrs of time :)

Not a lot  You should have seen it bend when I hung the spare tyre at the rear as well.... Was good to confirm the tyres fit the frame OK though.

Spent another hour on it toady, most of it was making sure the A frame was centered etc. Should get the springs and axle during the week :) Still need to do a little more welding.

Storage is tight, my wife wont let me banish her car to the street and the Jeep ain't going outside ;)
