The walls almost done.

Well with a lot of newbie mistakes my walls are almost done, I have two more coats of epoxy to do on the one wall and the other wall has a total of four coats. I'll probably put another coat on after everything is put together just to clean up any more inperfections. I do have a lot of ripples in the epoxy and some bubbles, but my wife and I are chalking that up being newbies.

"It gives it texture" she says. She's just trying to make me feel better.

Still plan on putting two coats of Automotive clear after the epoxy. So that may take away some of the imperfections. Should be done with the epoxy by Sunday.

Seriously pick up a rock and study it the ripples and divits are natural.

That's what I tell my wife, she seems to agree, it is a rock formation and in a way it does look like it belongs.

Well that's a secret and if I tell you I'd have to kill you.

No, just kidding. I work at a sign company here in Denver, and I have access to two cnc routers and my job here is to layout out stuff to rout everyday. So 3/4s of my tear has come off the computer and the router.
The pieces went together like a puzzle, even with the router I had some problems and have small gaps in between the peices, that was human error though.

If you purchase Steve Fredricks cd he explains how to do it manually.

Yeah, it's in Canyon Lands, Utah there's a specific name for that formation but I don't know it. My wife is the expert on that.
