I'm driiving down to PA next week to pick it next week. I plan to assemble it the week after that. I'll be sure to take plenty and post them to my site.

It's about 300 miles or 5 hours each way. With gas and tolls I probably won't save that much. I guess, I'm feeling the need the for a road trip. We haven't gone since our Florida trip in early December.

PA is notorious for bad roads (PA is always voted to have the worst roads by the truckers), be careful! I can vouch for this after almost 10 years of living in PA. You should enjoy the scenic countryside here, though.

What do you mean, 'bad roads'? I know there are at least 20 continuous feet of road in this state somewhere with no potholes. And someday I'm sure I'll find it! Or maybe I should just have another beer.

Defininitely have another beer ! I think 20 feet is pushing things alittle, don't you? I can't go more than a few feet in York county without hitting a pothole (or aleast a spot that was filled). Had to get a 4x4 truck just to be able to stand up to the punishment of day to day driving here I think a couple of beers might just make the ride a little smoother. Or maybe just get Chip to send up some PJ for or comfort and enjoyment

Im the guy that wrote you early Feb., building the tear with my daughter. Hope the 5 X 8 Red trailer works for you. We have not decided exactly what trailer we are going to buy. Our local Pep Boys has a 5X8 black frame utility trailer meant for 4- wheelers. It is a strong contender.

Currently, we have the sides skinned, inside and out, installed on the floor and we just added the ceiling material. We used FRP for the ceiling and stained birch for the interior wall skins. Used .030 alum. for the ext. walls.

Working on the galley design, electrical and plumbing. Want to keep it simple.

You all don't have anything on us out here in Ca. We may be the 5th or 6th largest economy in the world, according to someone, but I guarantee you this, we have the crappiest roads in the world. It's a major issue here every election. Hopefully the Governator will do something about it. I doubt it though as we're bankrupt. but if you are sexually confused, the state will pay for your sex change. Go figure!!

I didn't spend much time on PA roads. One short section of I-78 in was a bit rough.. Other than that PA's roads were OK. Parts of 287 in NJ were just as bad if not worse. If you want to see some moon sized craters, I'll take you for a drive around the streets of Worcester, Mass. We've had a long-tough winter.

Yah, winter will do that to things in the NE. "potholes are us" seems to come to mind for some reason or the other
