any one ever tag home built travel trailer in Nv? what's involved?

I believe this is all you need for nevada. I just in the planning phase now but I was going to use a old pop-up trailer's frame as a start (6.5 x 9ft)

If you already have a registered trailer and build on to it will you still need to fill one of those out?

I hope not. Because I was thinking of just registering the old camper then maybe rebuild it from the frame up or use the lower body and go from there.
