alumunum t-molding for 23/32 plywood????

Postby aquaholic14 » Mon Dec 17, 2007 7:02 pm

I keep finding 3/4 t-molding for edging plywood, but cant seem to find the 23/32. Does anybody know where I can find some, or should just use the 3/4. Will the extra 1/16 cause a little lip on my ply??

thanks,
chad

Glue on a strip of plastic laminate (Formica/plam) on your 23/32" plywood to fill the gap. :) Danny

You could just trim the T moulding down, it cuts easy on a tablesaw or bandsaw. Aaron

The difference is 1/32"...I'd just hit it with a good mill file to take it down, and a quick pass with some 400grit to smooth it. Just an idea. Doug

And angle grinder with an aluminum flapper disc on it will do both in one pass, quick too!! 8)
