I think those are so cute, car and TD. I have not been around one of those cars and know very little about them. Are they really a car to pull a trailer on the hiway? I wish we could see the inside of the trailer. Thanks for sharing this with us.

It's just an example.
If you don't want you don't have to give all that money, just build it yourself.
The meaning of the link was or is, there are other manufactors that built trailers like teardrops. These Smartzilla's are specialy made for the Smart.
But as you can see at the latest modell, you can even cook inside.
Aber die hänger sind toll, oder?

Thanks for the help. I looked at everything I could find on them. I really love the car and the trailer. I am very impressed with the bigger car, the Roadster I think. I enjoyed all the pictures and wish I could be in their club. Looks like they are having a ball. Guess I just like people, most of the time any way.

Thanks to both of you for your information and help.

Thanks Henk. I appreciate you sending me the places to look. I married young and my husband turned me into a sport car freak. Been working races and going to events for many years. Sounds like you might be into them also.

Thanks again, keep your posts coming.

Grani Betty,

Take a look at this site
http://www.lemans.org/sport/sport/calen ... tterie.pdf
This is where I'm going to in june.

It's an event like no others. Not so many Smarts overthere, but a lot of beautyful and amazing cars. Even Americans like the Vipers and Corvettes.
Only about 150 nights to sleep. :snappy: :snappy: :snappy: :snappy: :snappy:

Henk, I can't tell you how excited I am to get that brochure. I have printed it out and am just drooling over it. I am so glad you are going to be there to see it. I will expect a report when you get back. Will this be your first time there? Will you be in the pits or bleachers? O.K. everyone, this a a fantastic race and to be able to be there is just heaven.
We went with the MINI's on a run from California across the U.S. in 06.
Actually, we met them in St. Louis and went to Indianapolis with them. We were allowed to drive our MINI on the Indianapolis 500 track, what a thrill that was. We even have a picture of our car crossing the finish line.
Sorry to get off on this, I apologize, but I get so excited over racing.

Thanks again Henk!

Grani Betty,

I'm glad that i could help you out and you like it. This year will be the 8th time I go there, my oldest daughter(16) is coming with me. I stay there with french friends, so I have to speak french for 5 days. They live in the countryside, at an old farm. Very nice and quiet. This year I'm not doing the pitwalk or the working area, but about 4 years ago I was there, during the time they where shooting the movie "Micheal Vaillant", of course I have that movie at home.
In Le Mans it is possible to drive a short track on the circuit, because when there is no racing, the circuit is normal road. On the way back from some vacation in france about 5 years ago we drove there with the caravan behind the car on the racetrack.

This is the only event I visit every year, I don't like ball/field games.
I'm sure I have the time of my life. Every year again.

Sorry folks, This is my passion. (and teardropping)
