Does anyone what the total length from bottom front across top to bottom rear on a 4x8 Gen.Benroy ?

Yep, that about sums it up.

My rough estimate is 14' 1-3/4". "Rough" because I made an assumption that the hatch is a full 48" radius quarter-arc, instead of 2(48", 19") and a straight 18-1/4" section at the bottom.

If you get 4 4'X8' sheets for exterior and interior skinning there should be enough plywood(if that's what you'll be using) left for about 2/3rds of interior and galley cabinet door panels(some 1'-by would still be required for either frames or slide rails)
