Spad, I had been wondering about your corroplast...if you are talking about doing the luan as a woody or painted finish, then yes, you would glue it down...I would seal it all with epoxy and then paint with a topside paint or clearcoat for a woody look..........

I glued and nailed my first layer of 1/8" laun onto the roof struts, with the good side down. Then added a second layer, good side up, using panel adhesive liberally along the edges, which were also nailed down and sporadically shot some glue between the sheets of plywood. No problems so far.
