You may want to check with Wheel Vintiques www.wheelvintiques.com I believe that can make pretty much any wheel you want to fit whatever application you want. Some guys I know on another forum are very happy with their wheels. I'd go with them for my Dodge, but I wouldn't be able to use my stock hubcaps with them.
