hi everybody just to say this is a great site :D
in a couple of months hope to start my fist teardrop but im still gathering infomation which this is a great site and helpfull people here. just thought id mention i live in the uk ,any how i hope to skin the top and sides in aluminium sheet etc whats the best way or edging or trim to use on teardrop to join and seal the roof and side of teardrop :thinking: any help thanks in advance

Hi Snowolf ,
Trim is available in the UK . You could try these guys;

Check out the transport section. They also do 2.4 m wide aluminium sheet at about £33 per liniar metre.

I recycled an old two birth caravan, and salvaged the awning rail from that.

thanks dave i think that company is over here ,and should save me some time running around ,thats a realy cool teardrop you have :thumbsup: .

i think il be starting my TD in the winter just scavaging bits n peieces at the moment hopefully il be getting my hands on a trailer tent and gutting it , il keep a picture gallery here when i get started
