Ground clearence for full basement with a raised 1st Floor?

By building the top floor over the original floor, the tear will sit no lower than it did. I never had any problems with it when it was a pop-up.

Just wanted to update. I managed to get my vinyl flooring in over the weekend. Now I'm ready to install the galley paneling and build the back wall. I feel that this is a major point for this build. :thumbsup: Slowly but surely!!!
