I think MadJack used aluminum angle on the inside to secure the floor and walls together. You could route the bottom inside of your walls to hang down and cover the frame. I welded some tabs to the bottom of the frame to help with shear loads. You can see them (barely) here. http://www.tnttt.com/gallery/image.php?image_id=2067
Bottom right of picture. It's painted so it's hard to see. Look for the dust on it.

I plan on notching my 3/4" side walls so the outside of the plywood and the outside of the frame are flush and through bolting them. Then I'll run my Aluminum side over the angle with a 90 degree bend in to the center fastening it on the underside. As far as moving the wheel its not a big deal, but I'll have to wait & see. What I'm really have to figure out how to cover a 48 7/8" width!!

Oh yeah, the body adds a lot of stiffness. Most of you know that I built my body first then the frame second. When I measured for the frame, I didn't account for any manufacturing tolerances (slop). When I dropped the body on it was TIGHT fit. The frame flexed quite a bit, I had to draw in the corners with thru bolts. Now that the body is on, the whole thing is nice and stiff.

Also consider the Camp Inn units. From what I understand, their frame is just a triangle. It doesn't have corners to support the outside edges of the body.
