Hi All -

How is a tandem axle fender bent to make a single one?

The ones I've seen were cut not bent. Cut after the triangle that goes between the tires.

It took a little searching but I found one. I don't know about this vendor, I just did a search.
from this place:

It was under the iron fender section item #3

Well I see how they can be cut. But it looks like a piece has to be welding in to fill the gap in the back. Am I missing something?

...Camp-Inns SS fenders are supplied by a shop local to them and manufactured to their specification
madjack 8)

...ANY trailer shop should be able to supply you with a TD style tandem steel fender. Mail order from Northern tools or TjTrailers of any RedNeck trailer supply dealer

here is a pic of how that fender turned out that from the link above

The fenders that Lil'Bear Tag-Along sells in their "parts" section look similiar to CampInn. Do you all think so ?

...Dave, Camp-Inns signature fenders are SS flat sided, hard cornered fenders...lil bears fenders are smooth flowing fiberglass...there is a large difference in appearance of the 2, although they share some similar lines
