Floor butt against the walls or wall framing over floor?

I'm in the process of sanding my subfloor and I have a roll of vinyl flooring I'm going to put on it. Plan is a '62 Shasta Compact-inspired TTT, so the side walls will be about 6 1/2 - 7' tall.

Here's my question (bowing low before the experts) ... do I put the vinyl all the way to the edges of the floor and then screw the wall framing over top of it when I get there? Or, do I cover the floor with adhesive, apply the vinyl and cut a void where the wall framing will go so it makes contact with the subfloor? Or, do I build the wall framing first, then fit the vinyl inside like a regular house job?

The third is my least favorite option, but I want to do it right. Opinions?

I'm no expert nor did I sleep at a Holiday Inn last night, but I did mine the second way you described. I laid my tile down and left a void where the wall would sit. Of course, if you put your floor down first you have to be careful and protect it from spills and such while you are building.

If you put the floor down first and you ever have to take it up It could be tedious. However it will be covered.

If you leave a void you will need to trim.

Any way you do it I would paint the floor first. That will waterproof it and make removal easier if needed...............

Peal and stick for after the build.

I would do what is easiest. Put the vinyl down and build right on it. nice and neat!!!
