Just Getting Started - Wish List for Design of Hootenanny II

I'm the housewife in Oregon who's going to be building a teardrop with my 14-year-old son. I just sold our big tent trailer (in less than 24 hours, I had a buyer in my driveway!). Now, I need to start planning.

I'm designing this from the inside out, within parameters of course. Here's the wish list, some of which will be eliminated eventually, I'm sure. But it's a beginning:

TEARDROP: Hootenanny II (I'll explain the name later!)

5x10 (I think)
Minimum 14” clearance to ground
Benroy style (or Grumman)
Storage in the floor
4 Stabilizing jacks
Tongue box for storage
Cooler on tongue
Propane
Battery
Sink
Water storage underneath
Water pump
Grey water outlet
On demand hot water heater under sink
Camp Chef Stove/Oven on sliders (or stationary)
Storage for kitchen essentials and food pantry
Stainless countertop and back splash
2 Side tables attachable to outside of trailer
Shoreline power
City Water Hookup
Fantastic Fan
Windows with screens in doors
A door on each side
Queen bed (foldable to move out of the way for storage)
Interior lights for reading and general task
2” hitch on back of trailer for bike rack
Side Tent with sleeping for two
Awning over galley
Luggage/cargo rack for misc camping stuff
Small heater or warming blanket
Storage in cabin for personals, clothing, etc.
Charging station for cell phones, cameras etc.

Is there a design already that incorporates all or most of these items?

Thank you, Aggie79. I am looking at the outback plans now and they look very close to what I want to build. I wonder if I could "woody" it up a bit.

After considering our needs while camping, I'm leaning heavily toward converting a 5x10 cargo trailer to my camping "teardrop". Kitchen in the back behind double doors, sleeping cabin up front with two side doors with windows. Fold-up bed to make room for all of our gear (chairs, inflatable rafts, fishing gear, etc.). Finding the right trailer, and the right dealer to put in the doors/windows ... that's going to be a challenge. I've seen the forum that talks about this, and it's really exciting!

There is a lot of good info on this site for the cargo conversions. I really like the teardrops so I think I'll do a td first then do a cargo next. But That might all change again in the future.
