Electric Sheet Metal Shears

We used to cut lots of 1/8" steel for control panels. Started out cutting them with a jig saw, then a recip saw, tried a portable (built in compressor) plasma cutter, but the the best tool we found was a huge electric nibbler called a gobbler. I do not remember the manufacturer's name but that thing would cut through 1/4" plate just as fast as a skillsaw will cut plywood. It made hundreds of little 1/8" by 1/4" rectangles while cutting.l I used them to fill and add weight to the collumn of my drill press and grinder stand, the added weight reduces vibration.

I do have a Milwaukee electric shear. The one that leaves the 1/4" wide curl but then it is an electric tool and I have been trying to taper off from posting anything electrical. (It works great on sheet metal).
