DOES anyone have any idea to determined how much to sell a trailer for? i am putting a ton into it.4x8 solid birch woody.full gally(sink,cook stove,running water,ice chest,dupont counter....110 to 12v inverter,am/fm/cd...tv,dvd,custom fit 4''memory foam covered matress.dual glass doors,optima battery,leveling jacks,front storage box,camper will be finished with 8 coats of captains spar,and trimmed out real nice,with diamond plate lower bulk head for rocks and debris off road..and solar battery charge unit also.real nice carpeted walls,and the whole roof is screened in with a convertible top that rolls or removes,brand new trailer,all l.e.d lighting,nice vynle flooring.exterior lights above both custom made tinted shatter proof doors., light in gally.i am trying to make sure this tt has everything.i am going to put it up for sell.and starting on a 5x10..was wondering what to ask.thanks for your time and input.

I don't think anyone can give you any sort of a number based on a list of parts. The real deciding factor is how they are all put together with regards to fit/finish/design/quality and without any pics, impossible to say. All the bells and whistles in the world won't carry a build if it's got no street appeal or quality. Doug

I guess the right price is what you need to be happy and what someone is wiilling to pay for it. In my opinion, I couln't start to recoup my labor and wouldn't try, but I got a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction building it...so much so...I'm starting build number two.

:D thanks for the comments..when i get it done i will put some pics..i just thought someone might have a starting off point,but i will have it appraised when it is done...i am planning on building 3 of them and putting them up for sale...i own a bodyshop and what to do them when it is slow....i will not let them go for sale until i am happy that i would buy it for myself............

Bob Henry is correct. You should start a build thread in the Build Journal section of this forum. Having the build well documented is a plus to any prospective buyer. Besides, we want the entertainment! :lol:

I was the damn fool who built a mobile barn and I think a couple of members passed out while laughing at me :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: !
