Need some opinions about doors. What do you think about using pre-made 32" x 80" x 1 3/8" interior doors? Since they will be fiber glassed anyway, seems like it would work. I can get two doors out of one which comes to $15. each.

I'm not too concerned about a few dollars. I know when I built my doors before I had all kinds of trouble getting them sq. I'm thinking these are already sq. so all I have to do is concentrate on making the opening sq.

Just make sure you seal every edge as they are not even close to being water resistant.

The doors are hollow (other than some interior cardboard stiffener) so when you cut them, you'll need to add wood to the ends. You'll also need to add framing for windows if you have them in your doors.
