Help needed: calculating area of side walls

Anything to do with mechanical, construction etc

:applause: Everyone.... Thanks for doing the math for me. I am trying to score some local rough cut Bass wood and need a quick calculation for how much I will need.

Actually I have a bunch of strips left from various boat projects that I would like to use in my build, that's why I want to strip my inside walls as well as the outside, to use up these strips.

Some strips are cove and bead 5/32" and some are square edge and 1/8"
Now that I know the footage needed for a wall, I can see if I have enough of a given thickness to complete a single inside or outside wall. I can't mix the 2 thicknesses.

I may just get enough boards of various species to do the whole job in case I can't or don't want to use what I already have.
