Foil faced polyisocyanurate is foil faced both sides one is reflective one in flat. I would suggest reflective side out. It is far easier to heat a TD than it is to cool and by reflecting out you will repel a bit of the solar gain in the hot summer. The foil face is not added for its "R" value it is a vapor stop. This type board has an inert gas in the bubbles trappedin the board the non permiable foil is attached to prevent the board from gassing out over time. The manufacture suggests tapeing all edges to aid in continuing this barrier.

Just a quick note, if using any of the foil faced foam panels;

The Tape, is an heavy aluminum foil itself, can be quite pricy for the role, but is well worth it, I use both the foam panels and the tape, near every day, here in the lab.

be careful the edges of the tape are knife-sharp, have had fingers cut nearly to the bone on several ocasions, just an ocupational hazzard, but do be careful, trying to smooth the edges can be an experience

Oh and on the non foil side, the tape is stick it and forget it, get it right the first time, it ain't coming off, with out taking the baking with it.

It does make a difference, do use the tape, if your using the panels.

Just my two cents.
I went with the white stuff and fitted it into the cavities in the roof and the walls. I only had 3/4 in between walls so the fit is snug; did not do the floor as the black goo should be enough. Should be good for Florida. Will be using the 5000 btu a/c most of the time.
