TSC trailers Pricey

Postby cityspokes » Thu Feb 02, 2006 6:52 pm

I just done a search on-line for TSC for my area in Indiana, and they want just over $800. for a 5x7 trailer, of course that is with a ramp and floor already. i guess I'll personally have to go tomorrow or this weekend and check it out. I can get a Heavy-duty from HF for about a quarter of that and Its' heavy duty with 12" tires.................Speaking about trailers has anyone here ever heard or built a Tear drop with a removeable camping compartment so as to better utilize the trailer for other things that need hauled away??? Just a Thought?! Cityspokes

I just saw this trailer on E-bay. You might get some ideas from it. It has a teardrop cabin that is removable. It also has steak (or is it stake) sides and a ramp. The cabin is moved with a 12 volt winch.

A good TSC trailer thread.

Use that stock number and call your local store. Mine had 3 instock and they knew real quick with that number. IF that trailer meets your needs it seems to be the best deal I have found, $279.

Rob,
Just wanted to let you know. Good job searching the archives. There are so many posts out there that are trivial, hmm, like this one. I do think you picked out one of the gems. Len usually has great info.

Cityspokes:

Our TD body is able to be removed, though I do not think we ever will. Thought it was a good idea at the time I designed it. There was a recent thread on this same subject.
