With the amount of gear that I will need to carry I would like to have a larger storage area at the back of my build.

Would I hide the seam the same way I see a lot of you hiding the screw heads? I am planning to paint my build.

Mine is 10 ft, I purchased 4 x 10 sheets of 1/4 ply for the out side walls. link below is of my build with more details.

I used 10' sections of MDO (not MDF) on my sides so no seam.

Here's a handy site for finding places that handle any kind of wood product or sheet stock outside of regular box stores.

4'x16' plywood from a boat source will still have a seam. All they do is pre-scarf them 2 pieces of 4'x8' at the factory and you still wind up with a line.

Bouter plywood will sell you plywood up to 5' x 24' in 2' increments, but it's pre-scarfed out of 8' pieces.

I think they are called canadian plywood. They are on greenvalley road in South London. I believe it is about $90 a sheet. I called them when I was 1st planning but changed to an 8' because of budget and weight restraints.
