I am planning a picture window wall and one door w/window(s) on the curb side. Our 24 ft. TT has only one door, as do all I've ever been in, so there's no problem foreseen with just one. Besides, in an emergency, the picture window (RV window w/crank) will be easily pushed out. And the galley/hatch will have an inside opening feature (for escape/cargo loading). And in a worse case scenario, egress via fireaxe ! Seriously, the single door was always my plan (despite the wife's insistence on two), since in a 4' wide trailer the 39"wide twin sized mattress (with extra surrounding cushions for sleeping), will be pushed to the pic.window side for 6" to 8" of free space to step into (the door itself will be as tall as possible, since neither I or she bends very well). Going non-traditional all the way I guess. Forget what I' ve said The single door plan was scrapped, as was the picture window, due to wife's request for 2 doors and the mutating plan eliminating the oversized window entirely.
