Lowes sells a bubble-head Hurricane (brand?) screw that provides that look OR you could use "finishing" washers used with a regular fastener. If you go the finishing washer route, buy them from Home Depot. You can get 100/container versus Lowe's "nickel and diming" them to in small quantities for large $s.

You can take a piece of round brass tubing of the appropriate size and and sharpen up the end just right and whack it against aluminum and it will pucker and not go thru and produce a river appearance from a distance of more than a foot. Takes practice but works.
