FRP in the form of Filon is available in large wide rolls, and would be perfect for SIP skins. Look for a truck body repair place near you.

if you want thicker, then you have to go to cut sheet. I've seen places that list it up to 5' wide, but more commonly 4' wide. Also I've seen it listed up to 12' long.
