 :baby: :envious: Well so when are you getting it done so we can steal it. I figure we can pass it around and take turns. Me first, of course. :R

The trim is outstanding. I just love those colors together. ;)

Three coats of what? Water soluble or oil based?

Steve...dontcha' just love a great spray job? It's just wonderful that you can see fantastic results in such a short amount of time, but don't anyone get me wrong...things can go sideways...but when it's good...it's great!!!! Good Job...Doug

Moving to the outside now!
I got the headliner in yesterday.
The thing is 6'8" wide so I needed to rig some support while I framed the roof. I'll get a shot tomorrow, when the junk is out of the cabin!
Image
I realized that I couldn't reach the roof to work on it, so I dropped the trailer on wooden 6-by-6's so that I could do the roof framing.
Image
I got the roof framed also, in between a project for a customer!
Image
Image
I built laminated beams from 2 pieces of 1-by and a layer of 1/4" ply.
Image
Wiring and insulation next!

Postby diychick » Sun Apr 15, 2007 9:04 am

I've been checking almost daily for an update on the Rondack! It's a beautiful trailer.

Well, 2-5gallon pails of cheap spring clamps, 12, 12" bar clamps, 6, 36" bar clamps, 6, 24" bar clamps, 8, 3/4" pipe set-ups that I can make any length I need and about 30 c-clamps of various sizes.
 Probably not! ;)
