I am by no means a carpenter or professional woodworker so don't take what I have to say here as written in stone.

I have one of those sliding T but I prefer using something else to transfer measurements. I use an angle finder protractor. It's really cheap and basically does the same thing.

That looks like a niffty tool and don't looks like it be very expensive. I'll have to check into one of those. :thumbsup:

I don't even use anything like that. I just use a stick. Guessing a right angle line for 2" isn't that hard.
