Thanks for the encouragement,it really helps ! The hatch still wraps around
I just had to put a seam on the the sharpest part of the radius,I thought about using two sheets of thinner ply and laminating them but that would have meant a four day wait for the local lumber yard to order it or a 70 mile trip to the "city" to get it, I am pretty patient but not that patient!
I was kinda bummed I couldn't get it in one piece but it is just as strong and wont show once I get it covered with aluminum.

Thank you!, I wish I could get a pic of the entire side,I dont even know how it looks other than seeing it from an angle. I only have 16" of clearance on each side to work. This was the only spot in my basement shop that was big enough to build in. The area is a small foyer that leads outside. When I'm done I have to remove a post that supports my balcony
just above the shop doors.oh joy! Thanks! Aaron
