Thanks for the detailed pics.

The insulated hose idea is a great point and one that i should strongly consider since i live it Texas. I'm wondering though, since i plan to add it inside my galley and i'm insulating the tear, if it won't be needed as long as i run all the ducts inside the walls as opposed to up under the bottom.

Naw, you only need to insulate if the hoses are running outside the tear...
