...we float our al skins...on the trim pieces we use urethane adhesive/sealant, otherwise known as EVIL BLACK STUFF(think auto glass adhesive/sealant)...you can get some oil canning behind the doors and above the fenders in extreme conditions...the only time we witnessed this, we had pulled the tear out of the nice cool shop, pulled it5 mi down the hiway to a Classic Car dealer and parked it on their asphalt lot in 100 degree bright sunshinny weather...in other words, it was HOT...we got a little oil canning at that time...by the time we had returned to the shop, it had disappeared and we never saw any again...anywhere at anytime, including a day of stting out in the bald-assed open field at a car show (another VERY hot day)...my recommendation is either float or use a product similar to the Henry's 663....
