:D Jim, you are a genius. I think it is going to work! Fits kinda tight but when the screws are tightened down and the epoxy is on It will look good. Just gonna stick out a couple of inches in the galley.

Thanks again.

Holding all that together to see if it fit was a rip roaring PITA.

Now to get the sanding and epoxy on. Update later in the week.

I'm glad it worked out. I wasn't sure I was explaining clearly what I was envisioning. I also wasn't sure if you had enough room for the extra set of slides and board needed.

Very interesting
Did you say your cooler is going to slide into your cabin? That's what I had planned so I could access it at night without going outside. Something like that might work

Scott. the heavy duty sliders are full extension so it will work. You gotta build a tray and make sure you leave the right clearance for the sliders and the tray sides. Simple huh. :? I am debating the need to slide inside. I just need to get it off the floor and not drop it outside. Thinking about the lifting. Inside it won't be lifted. 8)

I'll probably stick with sliding it on the floor. That will give me a future project if I decide it's needed.

:( Back to the drawing board! I used 18" sliders on the sides and 20 on the inside drawer (2 sets) and the 18" don't allow the sink to come all the way out. I don't want the sliders to just hang out in the air so I am trading them out for full extension and cutting the galley side of the bracket. :?

These wobble too. The galley side

The cabin side, which works great.

the cabinet is only 18" deep so I think the full extension will work.

Auntie,
Get either the full extension or I think they also make over-extension ones, though I am wondering if it is the placement of the slides or the use of 2 different sizes. I am thinking that it is the different sizes. One thing to try is move the drawer part of the slide that goes to your galley more towards the galley, yes the sink ends of moving also for the inside but there could be a compromise.

Just my wooden nickel's worth

Rick I have two full extension brackets not being used. They are 100# so a bit of over kill. I need the 20" to get to the inside 18 to do the galley. Other wise I need to use two of the full extension. I can get them for $7.50 ea so it isn't a biggy. It is going to work which is the best thing. :D Then I get to figure a water system. :?

What to do when it rains all week. 8)
