Putting the aluminium on the roof

I've had absolutely no problems with bulging. Probably because I installed the aluminum sheeting when it was hot (over 85 degrees) last summer.

I looked in the yellow pages under "Aluminum" and found several suppliers in my area (Portland, OR). By the way, when you go to the supplier, they usually have left overs from large customer orders that will work for different parts of your tear. In my area, they sell this surplus for $1 per pound - you can save significant $ by going through the surplus bins first, then paying the regular amount for what you can't find in the bins. These bins are usually located in the "Will Call"/Pickup area.
