and the nice thing about screws (vs. staples) is that you can easily remove the screws once the glue has dried.

it's gonna cost less than epoxy and work just as well. TitebondIII is more waterproof than I thought, I used to use my pants to wipe woodglue off my hands, it would wash out in the washing machine but the first time I used TB III and tried to wash it out of my pants it didnt wash out. I am very impressed with TiteBond III, It really is some good glue.

I was standing in line at HD a few weeks back and I saw a magizine on the rack that did a glue comparison. Since it took forever to get checked out I had a chance to read a bit about the glues used in the test. Titebond III beat out epoxy, regular carpenters glue and a few others on a break test. Gorilla Glue was rated the worst.
