 :applause: They look great.

If you decide to make more to sell I'd be interested in a pair.

The trailer I'm building is going to need fenders at least 11 inches wide and they're hard to find.

Postby legend lime » Mon Nov 19, 2007 9:18 pm

Hi All
I hope this is alright to post this here?

With the good weather we'er having here in the south and the rewiring of my garage and pool power supply box is done (looks like I got hit by lightning this past summer and I didn't know it until last week when the lights in the garage started to blink) any way I've started to build more of these fenders I made for my TD a couple of you have expressed an interest in a set of them if you are still interested you can pm me. Classic Finn I am working on yours now.
Thanks

Is there anyway you can tell me how to do that, since I can't seem to find what I'm looking for at an affordable price?

Hey

Those are nice looking and love that dark metalic color. That takes some time to build the mold, prep it, and then layer the fiberglass, fill the holes, putty and sand, primer and paint. That took some time. Good work!

P.S> Has anyone tried to use some aftmarket motorcycle fenders from some of the custom hog guys, I would think the width and diameter would be about right and they would have various shapes available; bare steel, chrome or primered.

Why hasn't anyone found a dead bigfoot? When was the last time you found a dead deer, bear, coyote, fox, squirrel, etc. that died in the woods.........Hmmm.
