Back to the drawing board!! I love this site. You guys are keeping me from making some expensive mistakes. Since I'm painting the roof any ways, it looks like the double 1/8" is the way to go..... if I can find it. At the one local lumber yard (not big box store) I checked with so far, the man I talked to looked at me like I had suddenly sprouted a third eye in the middle of my forehead when I asked about Baltic Birch.
