Aluminum Tubing - Bending Question

I used 3/4 electrical conduit.

Isn't that hard to weld???

You can use aluminum rigid conduit and tread it and bend it as same as steel. Sometimes you can find at scrap yards before they melt-it-down to a cube.

Another thought and stout stuff but light in weight ( used in chicken processing plants alot ).

You may be able to rent or buy a Conduit bender.

You may want to consider using ridged conduit and fittings it may well look neater, from experience it is difficult to get it exactly right with out some practice.

Troublemaker!!!! I don't want to go there again and for the record, I do not endorse welding, fabrication, cutting, soldering, painting, storing, touching or even looking at, emt!!!

EMT is good for some things....
works great for supports for banners....I still need to make a smaller version for my TearJerker banner
