continuous plastic hinges

I spent a lot of time working on using those European hinges, but ran into all sorts of clinkers. I still think they could be used, but it may well require some different engineering and design.

There are issues with the thickness of the doors among others. Cabinet hinges are made for doors a certain thickness.

My trailer goes back in the shop this winter for maintenance and i will once again think about those beautiful hinges!

The Monroe hinge may well be the way to go, after all.
