With my curved profile, I need to have a bevel at the front and rear of my floor. Instead of cutting the bevels before assembly, I put together my sandwich floor and cut the bevels after assembled with a circular saw. In the picture below, you can see the wood (mdf) straight edge that I used to guide my circular saw to make the bevel cut.
Of course, you don't want to cut through any fasteners. (My floor is constructed with glued joints.)
