Do I need to build the floor a little narrower?

Hiya, Heikki!

Sorry ... been kind of busy ... ;) ...!

On the tan KIT, it probably has to do with the walls separating from the floor ... or, there's a little "slop" in the bushings of the axles.
On the other one, it probably has everything to do with the dropped-axle on springs ... when you hit a bump on one side of the trailer, it shoves that side of the axle up and against the body.
Depending on how bad the tearing is (how deep), how much the walls have separated from the floors, and whether or not you want to spend the $$ to re-build the axles on the tan KIT, you might think about narrowing the body by 1/4" to 1/2"

As always, my Friend ...

Hello Grant it sure is a pleasure to hear from you. Thank You so much for your reply and advice. Hope youve been doing fine. ;)

I was looking at the beige or tan one. And the walls did have seperation in that area. Also with swelling of the walls..due to its grand ol age.

Ive purchased some thinner ply for the walls also. They were 18mm so we decided to get 15mm this time around o see if that will do the trick. Were almost certain it should do.

On the other kit we,ll most likely change the axle to modernize it. Not 100 percent sure yet. ;)
