I was just out putting asphalt emulsion on the deck for my TD. I was so afraid after reading all this I used two pairs of gloves. I know it's not Herculiner, but I'm not taking any chances. BTW, I'm going to buy the plywood for the sidwalls tomorrow. I'm planning on using the profile Mike made for the generic Benroy. It might take me awhile to get it figured out. I'm not much on drawing out profiles, or welding, or woodworking.... I'm pretty much a hack of all trades. No, that's not a typo. I'll try anything once. Except Herculiner.
