How big is the endless breeze fan? I bought a regular (vent) for my camper and even though I'm not done with my build, I kinda regret that move. I was thinkin if that fan is small enough, I could use it in my camper.
Thanks

Its about the same size as a fantastic fan at 14"x14"x3". I think its the same fan/motor as the fantastic fan, its just mounted in a box fan type enclosure.

our MM is 400 cubic feet and we had no problem with the 120mm case fans by Antec and never ran them more than half speed they were in the over head vent and blew in, flip the bracket and they blew out.

I've still got a bunch of computer fans in our trailer to keep it from getting hot at the top and cold at the floor when the furnace is on. They work great for that but I like the endless breeze better on hot days.

Just purchased the Endless Breeze fan. Our 'Woody' has casement style windows and no vent. The EB fan uses a Panasonic motor and comes with a parts list, illustrated parts breakdown, wiring diagram and 1 year warranty.

Amazon has them for $67.74 SHIPPED.

It will find duty in front of one of the windows on our next trip.

I am building a TTT.
The height needs to be under 84".
Current height is planned for 83".
This means that I cannot install a "Fantastic Vent" on the roof.

Has anyone installed a "Fantastic Vent" vertically on the front or back of the trailer/RV?
My concern is with the "Fantastic Vent" leaking if installed vertically.
What is your experience with leaking with "Fantastic Vent" mounted vertically?

Bruce, our PC fans were in the overhead vent and blew in. We never used them on high, mostly on low. We did not have them blowing out, though I had it set up so that I could just flip the frame over, (for those that do not know the fans are not reversible).
I have yet to find a "cigaret lighter" type plug that I trust and as an example have replaced the one on the Waeco refrigerator with a 50A Power Pole (way over kill but I plan on using that power point [in the car] for other accessories i.e. a winch or compressor). Connections for solar, Eberspacher heater are all power poles.

If low speed is too noisy for you on your Fantastic fan, just give them a call and they will ship you for free a resistor they recommend for their products with detailed instructions on how to wire it in.
Great company who sells a great product and takes care of their customers!!!

Better to use a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controller rather than a resistor. Wastes less electricty and infinately variable.

I was looking at photos of the Earthroamer XV-JP and noticed that they use a Fantastic Fan mounted in the side. I would guess that it must work okay vertically. Surely they wouldn't mount it in a way that leaked into a $100K vehicle!

P.S. Send an email to Fantastic Fan and ask them about mounting vertically. They're great about answering questions.

Or call the president of the company, her phone number is on the website (how many times do you find a company like that)!

I didn't know the Fantastic Fan wouldn't reverse. I guess the Endless Breeze works better there, just turn it around to blow the other way.

I know I should replace the cigarette plugs, I just can't bring myself to cut the end off and void the warranty. I'll probably wait until I get good and pissed off after I have another problem. The I'll convert them to 30A power poles (I have one sitting in the garage just in case).

I think Shadow Catcher was refering to the fact that computer fans may not be reversible, not the Fantastic Fan.
