Ira-

The ceiling is not drywalled - I used a plastic panel - I found it at Lowes - I think it's stuff that is used in bathrooms - has a peebly finish to it.

Have not insulated yet - having a hard time finding insulation panels up here - that pink stuff. I wonder if I can use regular fiberglass bats????

What are you going to use for your exterior roof skin? Nothing for nothing, but your cabin interior roof skin is a pretty important structural element to the entire TD. I never heard of using plastic, so I voice this here.

Also, all of the stores sell RIGID foam insulation in 4 by 8 sheets, like what they use in coolers--not the pink fibered insulation in rolls.

That is the big box store's panels without UV coating. I can't remember if it's fiberglass reinforced. It might be just a plastic panel.

it looks like it has some fiberglass product - but works easy and goes up nice.

The outside will have a layer of wood then covered by sheet metal.
