I don't think I will be camping anywhere down wind from you guys in the future. Ah yes, the proverbial water cycle discussion. The reason they prefer you not to grey water the campsites is primarily because people have or use different definitions of grey water they use as an excuse for dumping in the first place. The primary one you see is that they are too lazy to care. It can ruin your good time if some a$$hole dumps water with bacon grease with food particulate in it nearby when in Bear country. I dump grey water( soapy sink water) in the bushes, going to the bathroom is something else though. I have been to campsites in the past that someone did that and the whole place had that acrid odor of urine on a hot day, So think of the next guy or family that might be there after you. If some one does that to you, it can ruin a good time.

Yes, it seriously harshes the ambiance for the next camper(s) if you forget to dig your 'cat hole' latrines and bury the remains of your (rented) beer.
