Hatches are like women...if you give them the attention they deserve, they'll never let you down. :) :)

People generally have a fear of what they don't understand...hatch construction isn't complicated, if you take the time to understand it...

Riding a bike for the first time was tough, as was giving your first girl a kiss.

Once over that initial fear, things move along pretty well.

:ok: Rob
Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

Rob
I,ll have to remember the 1st kiss part.... or do I remember that far back?
Hmmm a case of CRS I think...

The hatch is like tryin to understand a gal at times???? or???

I,ll let you know when I get to the hatch part (For Sure) got to think of my favorite gal that kissed me way back then .....

Classic Finn: try not to worry too much. I too feared the hatch, so one day I started on it and within 3 hrs it was DONE. Not as bad as one would expect..

The profile looks nice... but I'm still waiting to see a fender on that profile...

Do you want me to take my fender off, and trace it on paper, and mail it to you?

K.I.S.S. you say..Yup keep it real simple. The back is a 60" radius that goes to a point in the rear. Didn't want to strain the my brain to hard on the first tear by adding a radius under cut at the bottom. :? Seems like I will stray from the k.i.s.s. when I do the next one.

We do have an old friend of the family that is a Coker Tire Dealer
and he just received a Container of Different Tires from Coker....

He does have them in stock as well... so I think that will be the choice..
we wanted to get opinions on it 1st with the Kit fenders though.. Wasnt sure....

I may have the rims and tires on this coming week if all goes well...Thats
what we had in mind also is the wide whitewalls

Image
Image These are the rims we would have purchased but couldnt find
them... Cragar Truspoke...shucks...
