Thanks. I started a notebook. I think your Tiki Hut is great, but I started this so I could visit my grandkids more without staying at OP houses. And there is the fishing thing. Thinking about Mikes Lil diner. I'm not as big as hubby and have a popup loo tent.

Hi Miriam,

The diamond plate goes around the entire base of the trailer, not on the actual bottom. It does give it a professional look doesn't it?

I will post kitchenette pics when I have the area more complete, i.e., hinge installed, support struts, etc.

It's 9.5' long by 6.5' wide. I designed it to sleep 2 tall people comfortably.

Yes, the screws go through the trim into the groove. I also attached them from the outside for extra durability.
