Kudos from Minnesota.
I can understand your frusration with the doors.
When I made mine, they were part of the wall, with the same 1/4 inch birch plywood outside wall.
I framed the entire wall section flat on the trailer (Gorrila Glue) then cut out my doors, so they popped out all skinned and ready to go.
The doors were framed on the wall section with a 1x6 pine board.
Then I simply cut right down the center of the 1x6 for the door frame on the trailer and the door frame itself. Then I had a full 2" frame to screw too.
I think once you get the inside skin on, plus some foam board insulation, along with the door trim, thet will straighten out.
Or simply raise your door latch up a bit to trick the door into being flat.
Good Luck,
I hope this afternoon I can get my Son to help me post some pictures of my rig.
Wish me luck.
