Okay, here's an example of a Trammel. The tip of the pen is 3/8" from the block. I just slide it around the profile and it works great.

It's not a tool per se, you would use tools on it. VERY old term for a very common object we all use on TDs.

Im tinking about the vord farfrompukin..... sounds Norveeegian at the dinner table swallowing lutefisk..... By the way dont feel bad it took me 26 years just to learn to say "Yam" in English then dey change it to "Yelly"...

I live here and I still have problems with English. Let's see: Yam, a yucky orange looking potatoe that's served at Thanksgiving. Yelly, what you call a kid when he's screaming his fool head off. Ya, shure!!!!

Oh yeah, the word BURR!!!...... An old word meaning NUT, the kind that fits with a bolt.
