That's the color!!!! See the tip of the yellow ceder canoe in the backgroud....I'd like to mount it on top and have the fenders and canoe complimentary!!!! Thanks Kevin!!! Short of a tractor paint...that's about as pale a yellow as I've seen. There are some pale olive greens that struck me too!!! But this puts me on track!!! Thank you!!!

Here's the other nagging option...I haven't quite given up on the thought of wood fenders yet. Now that I have purchased the fiberglass ones, I think I could make a pattern that would fit and look right. Problem is...it would surely take me another month to build them!!! tick..tick..tick

:? :? :?

That fender is indeed real!!! Funny story though... back in the days before I started building, before I had plans or started welding the trailer...I wanted to get started and figured I would build some fenders. Andrew, bless his soul, drew up a set of fenders for me. He also drew up the Slumbercoach plans that I think Micro and I used. Anyway...being a knothead...I took Andrew's plans for a 14" wheel and started to modify them for a 15". End of story is that I modified them so much, they never fit anything and I have had that fender sitting around for three years!!!!!!!

Maybe mount an ashtray on the top! covers all the bases from the high school woodworking shop projects...but beings as he is in Alaska...it'd need to hold a gun also. Everyone in highschool shop made a gunrack when I lived up there. Doug

You could make the mate to that one, put them in a shipping box and m.....oh nevermind. Paint your glass fenders, bolt them on and go camping already. When you do finish the wood ones switch them out.
